Returns Policy

We want to make sure that you're 100% happy with your purchase from I Love Merino.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any product that you have purchased, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to supply another item to the same value as the original purchase price.

We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt provided all returned items still have tags attached (we strongly recommend that customers check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and disposing of any original packaging). Footwear must be returned with its original designer packaging - footwear returned without its original ticket or worn will not be accepted.

All returned items will be subject to a quality check and must not be worn, damaged or washed in any way. Items that don't pass the quality check will be returned to you and will not be exchanged or credited.

Exchanging an item for another size or colour will be subject to stock availability.

If any product that you've purchased is faulty or damaged when it gets to you, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Just send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we will either repair, replace or refund it.

Returns Procedure

Please make sure that your items haven't been worn, washed or damaged in any way and will be subject to a quality check upon receipt back into our warehouse. Items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to you.

Print off our Returns Form, and fill in all of the relevant details.

Package the item(s) up that you wish to return, in the original designer packaging where possible, and post/courier with your Returns Form back to us at:

If you are returning the goods internationally, to avoid delays and fees from customs please write "gift" on the consignment note and "NCV" under the dollar value.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned item(s) and the Returns Form have been received and the item(s) have undergone a quality check.
